Bianca Cecato

Bio: I am a PhD student at LFS, and I hold an MA in Economics. Before joining UBC as a PhD student with a focus on economics and environmental issues, I worked for the World Bank in Washington DC on projects related to labor markets in Latin America.
Research: My research currently focuses on the economic impacts of air pollution, more specifically on migration, educational outcomes and productivity. I look mostly at developing countries, such as Brazil and Indonesia.
